🎨ABOUT THE WORKSHOP:

Join us for 2 days of painting at Goolugatup Heathcote! Kick off 2025 by sharpening your painting skills and learn to capture the essence of a live model in your artwork. This in-person event will provide you with the opportunity to hone your portrait painting skills under the tutelage of Fine Artist Rachelle Dusting, while enjoying the picturesque surroundings of Heathcote. Don't miss out on this unique experience to create a portrait from life!

🛠️Aims:

  • To broaden knowledge of oil portrait painting materials and techniques

  • To strengthen realism painting skills from a clothed live model

  • To build a sense of community with other creatives

  • To refresh and inspire your painting practice

Rachelle teaches on an individual basis, so this workshop is suitable for beginning, but recommended for intermediate to advanced painters.

Materials: Participants must bring a flat grey or clear paint palette. Paints will be provided on the day. Please consider transportation as your painting will still be wet to carry at the end of the day. A small list of items to bring will be emailed on confirmation of ticket purchase.
