Join us for a series of untutored Long Pose Life Studies held at The Painting School, Goolugatup Heathcote in Applecross. These focused 2-hour sessions are designed for artists who wish to deepen their observational drawing or painting skills while working from a live model in a professional studio environment. To allow for sustained study and detail, models will be held in a single long pose, alternating between a clothed and unclothed model throughout the term.
Facilitated by artist Jacinta Posik, these sessions offer a welcoming space for artists of all levels to practice, connect, and build community. Participants are welcome to draw or paint and should BYO materials; we provide the easels and chairs, with options to work both sitting and standing.
Important Note on Access: To ensure the privacy and comfort of our models, studio doors will be locked at 7:00 pm sharp. Please arrive early to set up, as late entry cannot be permitted once the session has commenced.
Time: 7:00pm – 9:00pm
